Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
Last updated October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of PayUp Links, a hosted payment-link platform operated by Synorix Solutions LLC (“we”, “us” or “the Company”). By creating an account, connecting a payment provider, or using the service, you agree to this Agreement.
1. The Service
PayUp Links lets merchants and agencies create branded, hosted checkout pages (“payment links”) and collect card and wallet payments through third-party payment processors that you connect, including Intuit QuickBooks Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net and NMI. We provide the software and hosting; we are not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor and we do not take custody of your customers’ funds.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to this Agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Third-Party Payment Providers
When you connect a processor such as Intuit QuickBooks Payments, your use of that processor is also governed by that processor’s own terms and privacy policy. You authorize PayUp Links to transmit transaction and connection data to and from the processor solely to enable the payment services you request. You are responsible for holding a valid account in good standing with each processor you connect.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, or for any business category prohibited by your connected payment processors.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other tenants’ data, or our systems.
- Do not store, transmit, or request full card data outside the hosted checkout pages provided by the service.
- You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, card-network rules, and PCI-DSS obligations that apply to your business.
5. Fees
Any subscription or usage fees for PayUp Links will be communicated to you separately. Fees charged by your connected payment processors are governed by your agreements with those processors.
6. Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Synorix Solutions LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synorix Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect any payment provider at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or if required to protect the service or comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
