This Privacy Policy explains how Synorix Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information in connection with PayUp Links, our hosted payment-link platform. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — names, business details, email addresses and login credentials of platform users.
• Payment-connection data — OAuth tokens and company (realm) identifiers issued by processors such as Intuit QuickBooks Payments when you connect them. Gateway secrets are stored encrypted.
• Transaction data — amounts, order references, timestamps, payment status, and the last four digits and brand of a card. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes; card data is handled by the connected processor.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser details, and timestamps captured for security and dispute-evidence purposes.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate and secure the payment-link service and generate receipts and invoices.
• To transmit the data necessary to complete payments through the processors you connect.
• To prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with legal and card-network obligations.
• To communicate with you about your account and the service.

3. Intuit QuickBooks Data

When you connect Intuit QuickBooks Payments, we access and store only the tokens and identifiers needed to process the payments you initiate and to keep the connection active. We use QuickBooks data solely to provide the payment features you request and do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, after which we stop using the connection and remove the stored tokens.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with: (a) the payment processors and service providers required to deliver the service; (b) authorized users within your own organization; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, dispute-resolution and legal compliance. You may request deletion of data that we are not legally required to keep.

6. Security

We use encryption for stored gateway secrets, transport-layer security for data in transit, and access controls to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

9. Children

The service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
